Trigger Point Therapy is our deepest tissue massage, performed exclusively by trained clinicians. This specialized treatment focuses on identifying and relieving tight “knots” (trigger points) that cause pain or restrict movement.

During your session, we apply targeted, sustained pressure to specific areas of tension. This static pressure is held until a noticeable release is achieved, helping to reduce pain and restore proper muscle function.

While this is a deeper therapeutic service, your comfort is always our priority. We carefully adjust pressure to ensure it is effective without being overwhelming, and your therapist will check in with you throughout the session.

We also incorporate cupping therapy, a highly effective technique that helps lift and separate fascia, improve circulation, and release built-up stagnation. This combination enhances overall results and promotes faster recovery.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring focused relief where you need it most.

Enjoy your choice of detox tea that will help the body prepare to purge stored toxins in the body. After your  tea you will be placed on a  vibration body oscillator plate. The body oscillator helps to begin the draining of the lymphatic system, improve inflammation and in some cases loosens hips and lower back.  A sport massage over the full body and we focused on lymphatic areas in particular.  This stimulate blood flow  that helps the body Purge what it needs to Purge. Very slight manipulation around sides of the neck.  PLEASE NOTE DO NOT EAT A FULL MEAL 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE OTHERWISE YOU MAY OPT OUT OF THE VIBRATION PLATE TO AVOID STOMACH UPSET.

This is a relaxing soak in our pedicure tub, with lavender essential oils and a salt soak. You will enjoy a sugar scrub, followed by a relaxing foot massage with more oils. The chairs are equipped with massagers to add to your relaxation.

 
Essential oil sugar foot scrub...$18 each.

This can be added to a massage or facial, right in comfort of your massage bed. You can choose from lavender, peppermint, or eucalyptus oils for a sugar scrub on your feet. We start with the essential oil requested and massage lotion, then add the sugar scrub. Then, we massage the feet and ankles with the scrub.  Hot towels are then wrapped around each foot to relax the feet and soften the skin. After a few minutes, we use more hot towels to take off any sugar scrub left and give the feet an amazing massage!    .  

Essential Oils with Hot towels Body treatment...$30 each.   

Hot towels are added to areas that are tight and in need of extra attention. This is such a relaxing and effective way to help with soreness. You can choose from several different oils. We offer lavender, eucalyptus, tea tree, peppermint, frankincense, bergamot, basil, and lemongrass.  You can choose several different oils, if desired.

Sinus Compression/Cranial Release...$18 each. 

Hot towels and light effervescent oils with manipulation to sinus and temples. This is extremely effective for sinus drainage and pressure release. Then, enjoy scalp manipulation down into the back of the neck. Feel the release of tension you didn’t realize you had until it’s gone.
